We recently ordered a cake and it was the first time using the service. The process was smooth and worked as stated. The personal touch of confirmation on delivery was both appreciated and slightly annoying. I think I like it though. Delivery was also on time and in the general time of the day requested. We will keep the site in mind for future needs and special occasions.
