amazing customer service and very prompt email communication
from toronto, ordering a birthday cake to be delivered in manila was a struggle. checked few delivery companies, with rates in USA $, and a huge additional markup on the top of original order price, plus ridiculous delivery charges. sa risaristore was slightly below in the google search results. but ordering turned out to be very smooth. shortly after placing the online order, received an order confirmation call, before asking for payments details they checked thru the vendor for a guaranteed delivery, then payment info and it was all done. no additional markup and very acceptable delivery charges. amazing customer service and very prompt email communication thru every stage of the ordering process. i do appreciate sarisaristore for the way they took my order and delivered it promptly.
