How do I place an order?


Placing an order is easy. We will add a step-by-step plan here soon.


With a gift wrapping?


If you buy a product that you want to give as a gift, you can let us wrap it for free. You can indicate this in the shopping cart page. We ensure that your order is neatly packed and shipped. So you receive your order at home that you can immediately give as a gift.


Add a written card?


You also have the option to at a personal note on a card. In the checkout process you have the option to leave a comment. Here you can indicate what should be written on the card. We write the card by hand and send it along with your order. This makes your gift even more personal

What if I forgot my password?

Have you forgotten the password for your Account? Then you can request it by following this link and clicking on 'Forgotten password'. Then fill in the form and you will receive an e-mail with a new password. You can then change it on your account page.

Which and how many e-mails do I receive from you?


We don't like a lot of unwanted e-mails either. Only essential emails like shipping knowledge two or three emails only within 20 days of the order. The last email is about the review over the product you have purchased.




Where can I see my gift card balance?

You can view the (remaining) balance associated with the gift card on your account page.
