Not satisfied with your purchase?


We are sorry to hear that. Let's both try to find a suitable solution. We would like to hear which product it is and why you are not satisfied with it. Maybe we can offer you a product that better suits your needs. If we can't find a suitable solution, we will refund your money when we receive the product back.

How can I return/exchange my product?


You can submit your return request here. Try to fill out everything as accurately as possible so we can speed up the return process. Once you have filled out the form, we will respond with a personal recommendation the same day.

How long the processing period?


Thirty days after the product is shipped with us, you have the time to return the product. The product may be unpacked, but the product and packaging must be in original condition. Please check the following:

The box is new (not torn)
The product is clean (no fingerprints)
Everything is complete (accessories, cables, manuals)

What are the costs for returning an order?


Returning your order is at your own expense. Shipping costs depend on the size of the package and the country. If it is an exchange of a product, we will take the charges for sending a new product to our account.

How long does it take to return a product?


Once we have received your request and have contacted you, you can send the product back. When we have received the product, we will process the return immediately. We will send a new product or refund the money. You will have your money back in your account within two working days.
